Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 business days (not including Sunday) for items to ship.

If you order before 12pm you can receive same day shipping.

If you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.

We do not accept Cash App payments

You will receive a tracking number sent directly to the email provided when you placed your order. Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service.

Please be sure to enter your complete address as incomplete information will delay your order. We will reach out one time to collect incomplete address info if it is caught before shipping.
Lash Exchanges

Damage caused to lashes by applying, wearing, or cleaning, is not covered for replacement

No exchanges on lash purchases, unless you have received a damaged or defective lash.

If you receive a defective lash, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to resolve the issue. You will be eligible to exchange the lash for the same style if the lashes have not been worn or had glue applied to the lash band.

Worn or used lashes will not be considered damaged, and are ineligible to be considered for exchange.
