Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy
I understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your service, you will be charged a 50% fee of all services scheduled in order to reschedule. This fee can only be applied to the rescheduled appointment once, as long as the appointment is within the same month as the original appointment. The fee must be paid before the appointment can be rescheduled.
Late Policy
Please note that if you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame to make sure you get quality service. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you within 10 minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show" and your appointment will be canceled.

No-Show Policy
If your appointment is missed without notification this is considered a “No-Show” and you will be charged a 50% fee of all services scheduled in order to reschedule. Please note: Repeated no shows and late cancellations will require a deposit to schedule a future appointment. And eventually result in not being able to schedule future appointments.
I also understand that emergencies happen that prevent 24-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment therefore, you are given one (1) grace appointment a year for cancellations, or no-shows.
All of my client's time and experience are very valuable to me and I ask that you please respect all policies. Upon scheduling your appointment, you are agreeing to the policies set forth.
A reminder email and text message will be sent to you 48 hours before your appointment which will allow you to confirm, cancel and reschedule your appointment.
